VulpaSoft provides a privacy-first behavioral analytics platform including behavior maps, scroll maps, session replays, friction scores, and related tools (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Service to track visitors without appropriate legal basis, to attempt to re-identify anonymized data, or to circumvent PII masking features.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe in the EU. You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the billing period.
You retain full ownership of all analytics data collected through the Service. VulpaSoft processes this data solely to provide the Service to you. You may export or delete all data at any time from your dashboard Settings.
VulpaSoft acts as a data processor on your behalf. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for download from the Compliance page. All data is stored and processed exclusively in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VulpaSoft's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law of the country where VulpaSoft is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
